4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines:

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
• Other cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,999. A shipping charge of ₹150 applies to orders below this amount.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Custom-made or altered products cannot be returned

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return the product as per our return policy.

7. Product Care

Our products are handcrafted with delicate fabrics and embellishments. Please follow the care instructions provided with each product. We recommend dry cleaning for most items to maintain their quality and longevity.

9. Limitation of Liability
